Di-Magnesium Phosphate 3 hydrate

Application: It can be used as nutrition supplementing agent; gelling auxiliary; yeast food ; flavoring agent ; pH control agent ; softening agent.

Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a PP bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

It is a white, water-soluble solid that serves as a buffering and chelating agent, with many applications in the food industry. is widely used as a leavening agent in bakery products, potato treatment and canning seafood.

In leather treatment, it can be used to remove iron stains on hides during processing.

It can stabilize hydrogen peroxide solutions against reduction.

It can be used in some dairy applications for cleaning, especially to remove soapstone.

In petroleum production, it can be used as a dispersant in oil well drilling muds.

Dipotassium phosphate (K₂HPO₄)

(Synonyms: DPP, dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate; potassium phosphate dibasic)

DPP is a highly water-soluble salt which is often used as a fertilizer, food additive and buffering agent. It is a common source of phosphorus and potassium.

As a food additive, dipotassium phosphate is used in imitation dairy creamers, dry powder beverages, mineral supplements, and starter cultures. It is used in non-dairy creamers to prevent coagulation.

Dipotassium phosphate is also used to make buffer solutions and it is used in the production of trypticase soy agar which is used to make agar plates for culturing bacteria.

TSP is suitable for the following usages:

Calcium phosphates add necessary bulk and compressibility in solid dosage drugs and vitamins. Phosphates are used in dentifrices and mouth rinses for tartar control, as polishing and whitening agents, and to protect sensitive teeth. In cosmetic and personal care products, phosphates are used as fillers and dispersants, buffering agents, sequestrants and water softening agents. Calcium phosphates add necessary bulk and compressibility in solid dosage drugs and vitamins.

Zinc phosphate

Formula: Zn₃(PO₄)₂ 2H₂O
Property: Zinc phosphate is a nontoxic and harmless white antirust pigment with excellent performance in rust prevention and ideal application effect. It is the best substitute of conventional antirust pigments containing heavy metals such as lead and chrome.

Usage: Zinc phosphate is widely used in various coating materials for preparation of waterproof, acid-resistant or corrosion preventive coating materials such as phenolic paint, epoxy paint, acrylic paint, paste paint and water-soluble resin paint in the fields of shipbuilding, automobile, industrial machinery, light metals.

Phosphates are often used in foods and in water treatment.

In boiler water the pH of such formulations is generally adjusted by mixtures of various sodium phosphates di, mono & tri basics.

It is added in animal feed, toothpaste, and evaporated milk. It is used as an thickening agent and emulsifier.

Uses:-

MFP is best known as an ingredient in toothpastes. It functions as a source of fluoride.

Fluoride protects tooth enamel from attack by bacteria that cause dental caries (cavities).

MFP is also used in some medications.

Usages:

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is used for boiler water treatment, acidity buffering agent, detergent, baking powder, mica sheet bond, dyeing auxiliary, tanning and electroplating, as the raw material for making food monosodium phosphate as modifier, emulsifier, nutritional supplement.

Sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate. For food and beverage industry it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent, nutritional agent, etc.

STPP in detergents, serves as a "builder," for a water softener. In hard water (water that contains high concentrations of Mg² and Ca² ), detergents are deactivated. Being a highly charged chelating agent, STPP prevents them from interfering with the sulfonate detergent.

STPP is a preservative in food for seafood, meats, poultry, and animal feeds. It is common in food production as E number E451. In foods, STPP is used as an emulsifier and to retain moisture.

Other uses of STPP include ceramics (increase the viscosity of the glazes up to a certain limit), leather tanning (as a masking agent and synthetic tanning agent - SYNTAN), anticaking, setting retarders, flame retardants, paper, anticorrosion pigments, textiles, rubber manufacture, fermentation, antifreeze.
